Paula Lloyd, RN, MSN

Paula grew up in the Congo, the daughter of missionaries. This experience was the launch pad for her early desire to pursue a nursing career, her interest in culture, and love for people of different backgrounds.
For the last twenty years, Paula has worked in community health in the specialty of Occupational health in industry as an Occupational Health Nurse. In this role of promoting health, caring for work related illness/injury developing programs for medical surveillance to meet regulatory and company standards, she has worked with people of various ethnic groups and professional levels, from manual laborers to PhD scientists.
As ministry, Paula founded a friendship and education program for wives of international students, and has worked with international students in various venues. Paula is the San Diego Area Supervisor for the Perspectives on the World Christian Movement program, training and coaching course coordinators and overseeing ongoing Perspectives courses year round.
Paula holds an MSN from Point Loma Nazarene University with the focus of nursing education and family / community health. Clinical Nurse specialist in family health is pending. Paula currently resides in San Diego area with her husband Sam, and daughter Jennifer. Her son Matt lives in Tucson with his wife and two small daughters.
