	Jabes Juventud (Jabez Youth) Ministry- Vicente Guerrero, Baja, Mexico Arnulfo "Nani" Narvaez and his wife Cheryl Trevor are the founders of Jabes Juventud (Jabez Youth) a thriving ministry to homeless children and teen gangs in Vicente Gurerro, Baja, Mexico. Nani's work has won numerous awards with the Mexican Government including the National Youth Award and Best Youth Program for 2009. Cheryl's work with children and migrant villages using her CHE training makes her an active part of the team, as CHE Delegates from Baja, Mexico to the 2011 West Coast Healthcare Missions & Ministry Conference.
	Rev. Enrique Lugo and Ellie Goolkasian Lugo Ministry-Jaramillo, Baja, Mexico Rev. Enrique and his wife Ellie live in Jaramillo, Baja, Mexico where they form the core team for CHE International ministries in the area. Enrique's talent as a musician and worship leader, combined with Nurse Ellie's famous stories, posted on the International CHE network, make them a great team as CHE Delegates from Baja Mexico to the 2011 West Coast Healthcare Missions & Ministry Conference.
